Privacy Policy
Last updated 13 September 2026
This policy explains what GO Corporation Co., Ltd. does with personal data — both on this website and in the internal applications we operate to run our own business. We have tried to describe what actually happens rather than reserve rights we do not use.
01Who we are
GO Corporation Co., Ltd. (บริษัท จีโอ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด), a company incorporated in Thailand, of 11/2 P23 Tower, Unit 8A, Sukhumvit 23, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
For anything in this policy, write to privacy@goco.bz. We are the data controller for the processing described here.
02What this website collects
Nothing, directly. goco.bz has no accounts, no sign-in, no contact forms, no advertising and no comment system. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tag manager, session recorder or third-party tracking script of any kind. Nothing you do on this site is profiled or linked to you.
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages keeps ordinary access logs — IP address, request time, the page requested, browser user-agent and response status. The site is hosted on Google Cloud Run in Singapore (asia-southeast1). We use these logs only to keep the site running and to investigate abuse or faults, and we do not use them to build a profile of you or to identify individual visitors.
03If you contact us
If you email an address published on this site, we hold your message and your email address so that we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. If your message concerns a quotation, a project or a supply enquiry, we keep it as part of the commercial record for that matter.
04Vendor and quotation pages
Some pages on this site (under /rfq/) are requests for quotation addressed to suppliers. They are published so that a named supplier can read them without an account. They contain our own business contact details, not yours, and they collect nothing — a supplier replies by email or messaging app, outside this website.
05Google user data and the Google Ads API
Separately from this website, GO Corporation operates internal applications that connect to third-party business systems on our own behalf. One of these uses the Google Ads API.
That application accesses Google Ads accounts that GO Corporation owns or manages, using OAuth, and only after the holder of the account has granted consent. It requests a single scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords. It reads campaign performance data — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions — for our own internal reporting and cost analysis.
Limited use. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only for the internal reporting purpose described above. We do not sell it, transfer it to third parties, use it for advertising or targeting, use it to train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, or allow humans to read it except where necessary to operate or fix the application, where the account holder has asked us to, or where the law requires it. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Credentials are held in Google Secret Manager and the data is stored in Google Cloud in Singapore (asia-southeast1). Access is limited to authorised personnel of GO Corporation. This application is not offered to the public and processes no third party's advertising data.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by removing our application's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
06Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We rely on service providers who process data on our instructions — principally Google Cloud Platform for hosting, storage and email. We disclose personal data otherwise only where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Our providers may process data outside Thailand. Where that happens, we rely on the transfer safeguards those providers offer under their own data-processing terms.
07How long we keep it
Server access logs are kept for the retention period of our hosting platform's logging, currently 30 days. Correspondence and commercial records are kept for as long as the business relationship requires, and afterwards for the period Thai tax and accounting law requires. Google Ads reporting data is kept for as long as it is useful for year-on-year comparison, and deleted when it is not.
08Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it elsewhere, and you may withdraw a consent you have given. Write to privacy@goco.bz and we will respond within the period the Act allows.
If you think we have handled your data improperly you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you may instead complain to your local supervisory authority.
09Children
This site is addressed to businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we handle data already collected will be notified to the people affected where we hold a way to reach them.
