This site is published for information about our company and the brands in our portfolio. It is not a shop, it takes no orders and it holds no accounts.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence by your using it. Descriptions of services, capabilities and materials are indicative; the terms of any actual engagement are those of the signed agreement, quotation or purchase order covering it.

Pages under /rfq/ are invitations to suppliers to submit a quotation. They are not offers and they do not oblige us to accept any quotation, to accept the lowest quotation, or to place any order at all. Specifications, quantities and dates in an RFQ are subject to the terms stated on that page and to any subsequent written amendment.

We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that the content of this site is complete, current or free from error, and we may change it at any time without notice. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is” and we exclude all implied warranties.

The content of this site — text, images, layout and design — is owned by GO Corporation Co., Ltd. or licensed to it. You may read, quote and link to it for ordinary business purposes. You may not reproduce it wholesale, or present it as your own.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction.
